I have been in the health and wellbeing industry for 20 years, ten years as a massage therapist treating many injuries from over zealous cardio vascular and weight training sessions. I have always advised cross training with Pilates Yoga or Tai Chi....why, not only to compliment but also to aid recovery for both body and mind. I created Movingbody 10 years ago to put into practise what I preached. The foundation of our practice combines both body and mind through integrating breath, movement, and meditative awareness. We strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.
